Anthony Prowse, Director is a Fellow and Certified QS of the AIQS and has over 46 years’ consulting experience assisting our clients to achieve outstanding project outcomes. Anthony is a VBA Registered Building Practitioner - QS and a Registered Tax Agent - QS. Anthony is regularly engaged to provide specialist advice on challenging projects.

For the past 30 years, Anthony has maintained an ongoing commitment to a wide range of not-for-profit institutions where he has served as an honorary advisor on various school Boards, and other charitable institutions providing construction cost and physical planning strategy advice. In 2019, Anthony was named a “Paul Harris Fellow” by The Rotary Foundation of Rotary International for his contribution to charitable organisations.

Vincent Lau, Associate Director is a Fellow and Certified QS of the AIQS and has over 26 years’ of consulting experience, specialising in Education, Government, Not-for-profit and commercial projects. To truly benefit our clients, Vincent proactively seeks out options that align with their project objectives. Vincent was previously President of the Victorian/Tasmanian chapter of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS).

Joe Yeh, Associate Director is a Fellow and Certified QS of the AIQS and has over 18 years’ consulting experience. Joe specialises in commercial, industrial and aged care projects. Joe has extensive experience in tax depreciation schedules and insurance valuations. Joe is fluent in Mandarin and has assisted international clients completing projects in Victoria, interstate and overseas. Joe is also an AIQS APC Assessor (VIC/TAS Chapter).

Mary Prowse, Associate Director is a Member and Certified QS of the AIQS and has over 11 years’ consulting experience. Mary has extensive experience in all facets of cost planning, from the development of feasibility studies and cost management through to project completion across a range of sectors, including residential, institutional and commercial.
